Setting up with Highlight
This MCP is not yet compatible with Highlight’s one-click setup. However, you can still use it with Highlight by following these steps:
- Download and install Highlight from highlightai.com/download
- Navigate to the plugins tab and select "Add Custom Plugin"

Remote MCP server that lets any AI agent issue Chile electronic tax documents (DTE) — boleta electrónica (TipoDTE 39) and factura electrónica (TipoDTE 33), stamped at SII — via OpenFactura (Haulmer). Stateless, bring-your-own credentials, never stores anything.

Get your API key from your OpenFactura / Haulmer account (Configuración → API). Omit x-openfactura-mode to stay in the DEV sandbox (simulated CAF, no fiscal effect). Your SII certificate and CAF stay in your own OpenFactura account — this server never sees them.

| query_invoice | Fetch a DTE by document_type + folio: status ISSUED or ACCEPTED_BY_SII, plus net/IVA/total (CLP). |
| cancel_invoice | Void a DTE by issuing a nota de crédito electrónica (TipoDTE 61, CodRef=1 anula) referencing the original. |
Owner policy guardrails ride optional headers (x-agentpay-max-amount, x-agentpay-approval-above, x-agentpay-allowed-tools) — set by the human owner in client config; the agent cannot relax them.

Safety
Pure stateless translation layer. The SII certification burden sits with OpenFactura; credentials travel per-request in headers, nothing is stored. Privacy policy.
