3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Directory content
Server and client listings may include third-party names, logos, READMEs, links, and metadata gathered from public sources or submitted by users. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, security, or fitness of any listed project. Always review upstream documentation and licenses before installing or running MCP software.
5. Submissions and advertising
If you submit a server or purchase advertising, you represent that you have the rights to the materials you provide, that they are not misleading, and that they do not infringe third-party rights or violate law. Paid placements and premium submissions are subject to our review; we may reject, edit, pause, or remove listings or ads that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or harm users. Fees are described at checkout and are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by us.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that degrades service,
distributing malware, posting spam or deceptive content, infringing intellectual property, or using the Site to harm others.
Automated access must respect robots.txt and reasonable rate limits unless we grant written permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Site’s branding, design, and original editorial content are owned by GGStudios SDN. BHD. or its licensors. Third-party marks (including Anthropic, OpenAI, MCP, and product names appearing in listings) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. Not affiliated with any of the products, brands, servers, clients, or third-party services listed on this website.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GGStudios SDN. BHD. and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on directory content. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Site will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GGStudios SDN. BHD. from claims arising out of your content, submissions, advertising, or misuse of the Site.

12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your place of residence.
