EM+X is a remote MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. Connect it once and the AI chat you already work in can brief, generate, refine, preview, and download finished, on-brand presentations and documents — without you switching surfaces. Every generation runs the same deterministic quality gates and partner review as the web app, and the result is the same native.pptxor.docxbuilt on your template's own masters.

ChatGPT is the one exception — it connects through its own dedicated URL:

Authorization uses your EM+X sign-in over OAuth 2.1 — no API keys. The free tier works over MCP, so you can try the whole loop without a card.

Using the desktop app?Open the listing in Claude Desktop.
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Plugins and enable Developer mode if prompted (on some plans it lives under Settings → Security and login).
- Back in Plugins, choose MCP → Add → Add MCP Server and paste the ChatGPT connector URL below (ChatGPT has its own URL, different from the standard one).
- Authorize with your EM+X sign-in, then ask for a deck or document in the conversation.

Connect from Cursor or another MCP client

Point any MCP-over-HTTP client at the connector URL. For clients configured by file:

- OAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration; tokens are audience-bound to the EM+X server and never passed through to anything else.
- Every request is ownership-checked against your account — an agent can only reach your projects.
- Download links are signed capability URLs that expire in minutes and re-verify the file's digest byte-for-byte.
- Your content is never used to train models — same policy as the web app. Details on thesecurity page.
