Install dependencies by running scripts\setup-dev.bat, then copy .env.example to .env and configure your environment variables with the required API keys. Finally, run the server with the command mcp-devops-hub.

Setup
1. Install dependencies:
scripts\setup-dev.bat
2. Copy .env.example to .env and configure your environment variables
3. Run the server:
mcp-devops-hub
